Here on our site you will learn about our 30+ year history; a history filled with challenges, as well as successes. You will learn of our mission, one that is fueled with new expectations and a desire for community collaboration. It is a mission rooted in core values that include strength of our culture, respect and accountability, empowerment, education, hope, and self-determination.

You will learn of our programs that are meant to assist in the growth and development of our children, young teens, families, and the overall community. These programs consist of education programs for children, early learning programs, mentoring services, tutoring, cultural activities, empowerment programs for parents, assistance with food and housing, and more.

You will learn of our partnerships and businesses such as the Little Earth Housing Corporation, The Little Earth Residents Association, and The Neighborhood Early Leaning Center.

Finally, you will learn of our 10-year capacity building and program development initiative, and our goal to increase parental involvement in children’s education, pre-school enrollment rates, the high school graduation rate, the employment rate, community safety, resident involvement, home ownership, and earned income.

With our current programs, partnerships, and now our 10-year initiative, Little Earth residents and the board have vowed to move away from dependence, and toward self-determination.
