Baby’s Space/Tatanka Academy

Childcare is most frequently thought of as a parent employment necessity rather than a catalyst for neighborhood change. Baby’s Space builds relationships within neighborhoods (parents, neighbors, community members and leaders) and across childcare organizations (teachers, directors, home visitors) under the unified belief that we are not just educating young children. We’re transforming whole communities that see success through the eyes of their babies.

Baby’s Space provides children and families equitable opportunities for educational success by putting the baby’s point of view at the center of relationship-based early childhood programming.
