Little Earth's Infrastructure develops, manages, supports, and evaluates all programs, services, and resources available to Little Earth residents.
Little Earth Community Partnership programs are managed by three full-time administrators-Executive Director, Mr. Bill Ziegler; Assistant Executive Director, Ms. Mary LaGarde; and Finance Director, Ms. Diane Hatlen. Little Earth administers all Partnership activities and has one on-site support staff. Hennepin County provides general operating support for Little Earth. Little Earth is currently negotiating taking over the management of all housing operations-moving from depending on a subcontractor to self-determination.
