Little Earth Housing Corp
The Little Earth Housing Corporation is governed by a board consisting of five residents and four at-large housing experts. The Housing Corporation is responsible for all of the operation and maintenance of all Little Earth apartments, townhouses, and communal facilities. The annual budget for the Housing Corporation is $2,870,000. Of this amount, 95% comes from government contracts with the federal Housing and Urban Development, and 5% is earned through resident rental payments.
